Process & Quality

Our working method focuses on quality and hygiene. Damaged products are thoroughly checked by our experienced staff upon arrival. After this 1st selection, the approved products go into a special cleaning basin so that dust and bacteria disappear. This is followed by the drying and polishing process. Further spoilage is permanently stopped and the shiny appearance of the product also provides a marketing advantage.

After sorting, the products are rinsed and sent to the packaging area. Here the products are sorted and packed according to quality. Damaged packaging will be replaced. Finally, the packaged products are palletized and ready for the market. If desired, the products can be inspected by the KCB after treatment, including indemnification.
